Normalized AML screening summary for a verification (sanctions / PEP / RCA / adverse media / watchlists). Deliberately curated: category outcomes, the rolled-up decision and per-hit triage state only — raw provider hit payloads, list sources and reviewer notes are never exposed. Screening is SEPARATE from identity status: a clean ID can still carry a sanctions hit, and an unresolved screening decision holds a KYB company out of APPROVED.
